Licensed premium Scripts

All professional php scripts created by scriptomart are sold on a strict single domain license only.

License keys are issued for all premium scripts. You will receive a unique license key during the purchasing process. This license key is valid for a single domain only.

The first time you install any script using a license key your domain will be locked to that license key. Do not test this script on any server before installing to your own site.

Built in licensing security will disable any script that uses either an invalid license key or is used on more than the licensed number of domains.

Our multiple domain licenses are very reasonable. Please ask us for more details.

If you change your domain name in any way after the first installation of our scripts, the script will disable automatically.

To prevent downtime simply contact us before you change/move your domain and we will remove your registered domain. You can then install the script to any other domain and the license key will then be transfered without restrictions.

Requesting a domain change for any of our licensed scripts can be made at any time. There is no charge for this service and changes can take only minutes.

If you do accidently disable your script, just contact us and we will reset your license key for you.

Purchasing a script from scriptomart.com entitles you to use our script on a strict single domain license only. You do not in any way "own" the script.

To remove or change copyright notifications in any form is strictly forbidden and breaches our terms & conditions of use.

We do not place our copyright throughout our scripts. We try and add copyright design, creation information descreetly using professional "keyword" or hidden tags so that your online visitors are none the wiser to the origin of the scripts.

Removing or changing this information breaches our copyright and is illegal. We reserve the right to disable any script remotely that has broken international copyright policies.

The techniques, and all information pertaining to the production and structure of encoded files, including all processes associated with the execution of encoded files are and shall at all times remain the exclusive property of the Software provider. No rights to this information is given or implied on transference of encoded files to yourself.

TRANSER OF LICENSE
1. We reserve the right to refuse any transfer or resell of any purchase license at our discression. Prior consent must be obtained and place sale will be held before any offer for transfer may begin. Failure to obtain permission can result in non verification of vaild license for sale and cancelation of license.

CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES, OR CONTESTING PAYMENTS
1. Any users who files false, or unwarranted chargebacks, disputes, or contests any payment for any services owned or operated by ScriptoMart.com or it's affiliates will lose any and or all uses of it's products or services without refund.

2. Any user will lose any and all permission to use our products or services at any future time.
