Q. Why must you create an account in order to download?

A. Due to the increasing amount of fraudulant purchases we have been forced to enable customer accounts. Creating a new account takes less than 1 minute. You do not need to verify your email address, however download information will be sent to the address you enter.

Q. How many times can I download my purchases? 

A. You can download all purchased items 5 times. If you should loose or delete your purchases by mistake, you can simply re-visit your account and download your files again.

Q. How long can I receive updates to the scripts I purchase?

A. Each time we update any of our scripts the download file will automatically be updated. Just re-visit your account here and download the updated script again, simple!

Q. Is my email address automatically added to your mailing list?

A. No. From within your account you can select the option to receive our Newsletter if you wish. The default setting is Not subscribed. We only send out a newsletter when we have either New scripts available or we have updated one of our existing scripts. You must decide for yourselves and update your account if you wish to receive updates.

Q. How many times can you use install our scripts?

A. Our premium scripts requiring a license key are sold on a single domain license. Check the product text description for A.U.P information.

Q. Can the copyright information be removed from our scripts?

A. No. Most of our scripts contain no outward copyright information whatsoever. A few of our premium scripts may contain a small copyright notice. Removing or altering this copyright information is breaking our AUP and TAC policies. If you have reservations please contact us.

Q. What is our acceptable use policy for Free Scripts?

A. All free php scripts can be downloaded and used without restrictions. You may change or edit any coding as you wish (Not copyright). No support or warrenty is implied or given for any free downloads from our site. We would appriciate a link back to our site but this decision we leave to you.

Q. What is our refunds Policy?

A. We offer a full refund on all scripts for 30 days. We do reserve the right not to refund any amount to customers under certain conditions. Please contact us if you have specific reservations on our refunds policy.

Q. Do we offer free installation of our scripts?

A. No. We offer free help on installations for all our scripts, but if you require us to install a script for you a small charge will be asked to cover our time. Depending on the script to install the cost of an installation could be $10 to $25.
