Scriptomart Refund Policy
At Scriptomart we try to be as flexible as possible with genuine refunds.
If you are unsure of how our scripts work or if you have the ability to install our scripts or any other reservations? Please use our contact page to ask us for more specific script information.
We are quite happy to answer questions related to any of our products and invite visitors to only purchase our scripts when they are confident that our products fulfill their requirements.
 If you purchase any item from scriptomart and do not download the product, you can request a full refund within 7 days.
If your purchased item includes a license key you can request a full refund, less 10% license administration charge within 7 days of purchase if downloaded or not.
If you purchased an item that does NOT include a license key and you have downloaded it, we offer a refund only in circumstances where the script cannot run correctly because of compatability issues. We may request ftp access to the installed domain in order to try and fix any small issues. In these cases we reserve the right to issue a refund or not.
If for any reason the software is damaged due to possible download problems we will try different methods to ensure your downloads reach you correctly.
If you are unsure about any script offered for sale and are not sure on compatability with your web host, please use our contacts page to ask for further information before purchasing the product. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have before purchasing.
We reserve the right to not issue any form of refund under extreme conditions and to change and/or amend this information at any time.
