We will not share, sell or give away any information to any third parties. All information collected at dsespana.com for secure download / membership purposes is used for this sole purpose.

If you believe your account information may have been used without your knowledge, please contact us immediately and we will use all means at our disposal to aide you in this matter.

IP Addresses are recorded for all downloads from dsespana.com. This information is securely stored within our membership program and will remain on record until after the acceptable time period has expired for all customers to download their purchased items. At present all items are available to customers for an indefinate period of time however a restriction of 3 downloads are available.

Email addresses are stored for the sole purpose of sending confirmation code, download links, lost passwords,  and discount coupons. We periodically send out our newsletter to update our customers on new products and/or discouted products. This will never exceed one newsletter per month. Each newsletter we sent has a built in un-subscription link allowing customers to remove their Email at any time.

You may change your customer profile from within your account at any time.

Accounts will only be removed from our members database if a member decide to close their account themselves or after a period of time exceeding 12 months without a customer logging in to their account.
