Why must I create an account before purchasing?

• Creating an account on our site is for your benefit as well as ours. It takes only 2 minutes and there is NO verification required. All purchased scripts may be downloaded up to 3 times regardless of time frame. This means that if you have a hard drive crash, accidently delete or in anyway damage your download file/script you can always login to your account and re-download your script again!
• Please appriciate that if a customer contacts us 6-12 months after purchasing a script with no receipt, asking for another copy of a script because they have lost everything in a computer crash? it could take us hours of looking to find a customers information! Now If you loose everything, even your password! you only have to enter your email address to have access to your purchased script again!

Is your software encoded in any way?

• Yes! Certain pages from all our scripts are encoded, however configuration pages, editable html and all pages requiring custom editing are in no way encoded.

Do you have a refund policy?

• Yes. We offer this money back guarantee : If one of our products does not function properly on your server, and you have adhered to the program requirements section and after the failure of our support team to provide solution to the problem, you will unquestionably be entitled to a full refund.

Is technical support free?

• We offer email technical support 7 days of the week (at this time we do not offer phone or live chat support). We include free technical support along with the purchase of one of our applications. This support includes email assistance with installation & product operational questions / issues.

Do you offer custom programming & product modifications?

• Yes we do. We offer programming and website development. Please contact us for a quote enclosing a brief outline of your project and its requirements. We will return an estimated time and price of your project. 

Will you install the script that I just bought from you for free?

• We are more than willing to install and configure any script we sell however a small installation cost is required, please contact us directly with the name of the script you require installed and we will reply with the price. We do offer FREE installation for some of our scripts, the relevant scripts will be commented from the description if we offer free installation.

How many times can I download my script?

• You may download your purchased script up to three times. Your download is in no way restricted to any time limit.
